Pilgrim Pines Accommodations

ANIMALS:   

We appreciate how much you love your pets, however pets are never allowed on the premises.  Service animals are allowed, please notify us in advance.  

SLEEPING: 
Pilgrim Pines Camp will sleep 250 to 300, depending on the configuration.

Cabins: the camp is divided into three main areas, containing a total of 19 cabins. Reservations are made to best accommodate each group’s size.

Ceiling Cabins

Each cabin has 12 beds (6 built in bunk beds, three on each side of the cabin), 2 half baths (1 on each side of the cabin), sliding door to divide the cabin if desired. Cabins are heated, carpeted and tiled and have lots of windows for a lovely view of trees and sky.

2 Additional Cabins

Identical to the above but without sliding door and each has 1 full bath per cabin instead of 2 half baths.

3 Main Shower
Facilities

Three facilities are centrally located in each cabin area. They are modern, private, and have hot water, sinks and stalls. Each private shower includes its own dressing area.

  • 8 showers each are in
    Upper and Lower Camp.
  • 6 showers are in Junior Camp.

 Additional Sleeping Areas

Leadership Center

5 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, with a living room, den, a fireplace and a furnace. Sleeps 10 to 12 people in twin beds.

Hill House

4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, with a living room, a fireplace and a furnace. Sleeps 10 to 12 people in bunk beds.

Health Center
(Apts. C,D,E,F)

4 bedrooms, 2 ½ bathrooms, a sitting room, and a front room. Sleeps 7 to 8:  6 twins, 1 bunk.

Apartments A & B

Handicapped accessible apartments with bathrooms; each sleeps 4 to 6. Carpeted and heated.

Apartments G & H

Located in Junior Lodge. Each sleeps 2 on bunk beds and has a private bathroom. One bath is accessible from outside, if desired.

MEETING LODGES (one included with retreat):

Main Lodge

Seats up to 300. Wooden floor, furnace plus 2 fireplaces, stage, full movie screen, sound system, LCD projector, CD and tape players.

Craft Lodge

Seats 40 to 50. Wooden floor, furnace, wood burning stove with windows overlooking the creek.

Under Craft Lodge

Large cement area with tables overlooking the creek. Perfect for outdoor projects.

Creek Lodge

Seats 50. Carpeted, furnace, wood burning stove, and skylights.

Mini Lodge

Seats 25 to 30. Carpeted, accessible half bathroom, furnace, and a wood burning stove.

Junior Lodge

Seats 125. Carpeted, with a fireplace and a furnace, piano, and patio with seating area. Includes a kitchen with a beverage bar.  Two private apartments available at additional cost.

Dining Hall -community space, not for exclusive use

Seats 250, sound system and CD player, two accessible restrooms, and a large deck with great views. Has a large central fireplace and is heated.

 TV, VCR, DVD, CD, LCD Projector available for
all lodges for an additional charge
(refundable security deposit required).  Overhead projectors for use with transparencies no longer available. 

OUTDOOR AREAS:

Campfire Amphitheater

Circular seating for 250 - spacious with a spectacular view of the sky, mountains and valley.

Vesper Point
Outdoor worship area

Seats 250 with a beautiful stone altar.  Sound system available for additional charge.

Junior Campfire Area

Outdoor campfire area, seats 100.

UCC organizations qualify for membership pricing;
please contact us for details.

Rates are determined by group size, number of meals and length of stay.  ·        

  • Please contact us if your group is less than 30 people, we may be able to accommodate you.
  • Exclusive use of the camp requires a booking count of 200 or more or guaranteeing payment for 200 guests.
  • Youth, age 4 to 13, are charged at 70% of the regular rates, excluding snacks and s’mores.

Basic rates include:  lodging in cabins, meals and one meeting space, which is assigned according to your group size.  Coffee, decaf, tea, cold water and a beverage are provided during meals at no extra charge.

 

 Basic Rate Calculation is:  number of people x overnight lodging + meals per person.

 

Meals:

Per person, per meal:  Breakfast $7.70, Lunch $10.00, Dinner $11.80

 

Snack and Beverage $2.10,
S’mores $2.25

   

Day Use Fees:

$10.00 per person per day
(guests not staying overnight).

 

Meals are available for additional cost (see above). 

   

Apartments:

Apartments A and B are specially equipped for our guests with disabilities.  While these spaces are available to all guests, it is sometimes necessary to move someone who has reserved apartment A or B in order to provide space for our physically challenged visitors.

Additional Cabins: We will provide enough cabins to accommodate your contracted group size and to allow for gender separation when dealing with children/youth groups.  If you would like additional sleeping accommodations above and beyond what has been assigned, there will be an additional charge per person per night (based on occupancy), subject to availability.
