The process for booking a stay at the Cottage begins with reaching out to us by emailing the CottageAtPilgrimPines@gmail.
The reality is that camp is expensive for many families. The Outdoor Ministries Team continues exploring ways that we can financially assist campers in getting to camp; collecting donations through the Cottage is a part of this important mission. The Outdoor Ministries Team truly believes that no camper should be denied a space at camp due to financial need. Therefore, Pilgrim Pines Summer Camp allows every eligible family to apply for a campership to help fund their camper’s stay. Camp is often a life-changing experience for campers and even volunteers. It provides a safe space for campers to truly be themselves, learn about nature and God, and be an active part of the loving community, forever a part of the Pilgrim Pines Family.
Members from the Outdoor Ministries Team have put love, energy, and donations into upgrading and maintaining this space. And the work continues! There have been many recent upgrades to the Cottage, including but not limited to new furniture, towels and bedding, fixtures, lighting, paint, ADA compliant hardware, and much more. We continually work to improve this cozy space to make it lovely and enjoyable for our guests. Whether you’re looking for a get-away with your spouse, family, friends, or wish to use the Cottage as a spiritual retreat space, we will do our best to ensure you enjoy your experience.
